At Orange County Retina, I support clinical trial coordinators by assembling patient charts, recording procedures, and maintaining digital and paper documentation.
I preserve and organize regulatory documentation, laboratory procedures, correspondence, and sponsor protocols within internal filing systems. I also revise clinic forms, optimize office layout for confidentiality, and document staff training, site initiation, and archiving meetings according to ALCOA++.
Previously at Uniqlo, I onboarded and mentored sales associates, managed high-volume inventory flow, and connected management with the sales floor to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
