Paige Broyles

I’m an engaging, patient education professional committed to promoting a safe learning environment for all. I’m detail-oriented and compassionate, and I bring extensive knowledge across child development, learning needs, and classroom routines.

As a Teacher – 2nd Grade with Enid Public Schools, I develop engaging lesson plans for diverse learning styles and abilities. I create a positive classroom environment that encourages participation, and I use classroom management strategies and positive reinforcement to maintain student focus and discipline.

I also bring strong instructional consistency from my Substitute Teacher experience (K-5). I established and enforced rules and procedures using positive reinforcement, integrated technology into classroom instruction with interactive whiteboards or computers, and delivered the teacher’s lesson plans at varied learning levels.

Before and alongside teaching, my work as a Private Nanny strengthened my approach to safety, supervision, and learning through play. I collaborated with parents to discuss progress and concerns, supported social and teamwork development through classroom activities and games, and attended professional development workshops on new teaching techniques and technologies, including LETRS 1-4.
