I've spent five years at Globant testing Citibanamex and Banamex mobile banking apps across iOS and Android. My work covered onboarding, transfers, virtual credit cards, debits, and interbank payments.

I validate APIs and mobile traffic with Charles Proxy, including service monitoring, response mocking, backend bug replication, and evidence-based incident reporting. I also test physical devices using builds distributed through Firebase App Distribution and track defects in Jira and ALM.

For CoDi, I helped create a conversational agent in Globant Enterprise AI by maintaining functional documentation, defining business rules, tuning response limits, and validating model behavior. I've also used generative AI to speed up User Story analysis and test-case matrix validation while retaining manual review.

I'm currently providing freelance IT support and advising small businesses on AI-generated content, image editing, and social media planning. I work in Scrum and Kanban teams, communicate professionally in English, and continue building skills in applied AI, Python, data science, and agile methods.
