What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Senior QA role in high-impact products where I can own shift-left strategy, build automation (Playwright/Selenium/Appium), and apply LLM-assisted testing—while mentoring others and driving quality standards end to end.

I’m a Senior QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience ensuring quality across backend services, APIs, and databases, with strong exposure to web and mobile platforms in high-load, business-critical products.

I built and evolved QA processes at a global fintech handling real-money payouts across 150+ countries—authoring 650+ test cases covering 100% of critical business flows, and reducing defect localization time by ~3x through white-box testing (logs, DB, Sentry, Git). I also validated backend integrations across distributed microservices and improved release control with a test-driven workflow.

Beyond hands-on engineering, I consistently take organizational ownership: shaping QA processes, coordinating team work, prioritizing initiatives, and developing internal quality standards. I’ve designed a shift-left QA pipeline and integrated Claude Code into it (agents, skills, hooks) to accelerate coverage without growing the team, while mentoring QA engineers and building an internal knowledge base.
