At Northwestern University, I lead sponsored award operations for the Illinois Perinatal Quality Collaborative. I improved expense tracking and coordinated spending plans with the Sponsored Research team and leadership, bringing nearly all grants close to full expenditure last year.
I manage statewide Designation operations, supporting 66 active hospitals and 117 mini-grants across two cycles. I also coordinate dashboard data from form development through validation and launched the statewide doula training program, now in its second cohort.
Previously, as a Program Assistant at Northwestern University’s Center for Health Services & Outcomes Research, I supported faculty and grant-funded research teams. I improved financial workflows by managing vendor onboarding and payment processes, reconciling participant payments, and creating NUFinancials guides.
