Organizational Psychology & Behavioral Systems

I am an organizational psychology practitioner and behavioral research professional with hands-on experience designing SOPs, reporting workflows, and learning systems across multi-lab, distributed teams. My work focuses on reducing execution friction, improving reporting cadence, and strengthening cross-team alignment in a holistic, human-centered way.

At DeepThought CultureTech Ventures, I designed and institutionalized SOPs, reporting rubrics, and AI-assisted prompts across seven labs—saving an estimated 3–6 hours per team per week, reducing report cycle time from 6–8 days to 3–4 days, and improving submission efficiency by 40%.

I also built structured learning and reflection systems, led psycho-social growth initiatives, and served as Micro and Team Leads across seven labs, guiding a total of 20 people. I bring a strong bias toward clarity, psychological safety, servant and thought leadership, and the design of scalable human systems that reduce cognitive load while accelerating execution.

At Whyral Media, and throughout my academic career, I received consistent recognition and praise for the strength of my critical and creative thinking, particularly my ability to think outside conventional frameworks and articulate complex ideas through clear, emotive, and purposeful language. This work required balancing originality with structure, and insight with accessibility. Skills I continue to apply across professional and research contexts.

I am adept at shifting tone and register based on audience and context (applying Socratic and Feynman techniques) ranging from structured, formal documentation to reflective, evocative prose that leverages pathos and psychological insight. This enables me to embolden teams and target audiences alike, surface latent motivation, and translate complex or abstract ideas into language that resonates both cognitively and emotionally.

I have produced high-volume, high-fidelity written outputs across strategic documentation, reflective analyses, narrative reports, and verbatim meeting records. I am a top contributor on ThreadBuilder (a software used to capture notes and MOMs at verbatim depth) exceeding ~600,000 characters of recorded written output, with total contributions estimated at 700,000+ characters throughout my tenure. This capacity allows me to synthesize live discussions and nuanced human dynamics into clear, structured, and actionable written artifacts at speed and efficiency.
