I founded Grid Research & Analysis Co., where I turn fragmented public information into verified, prioritized findings for practical outreach and decision-making.

I mapped 22 Nairobi marketing agencies, cross-checking self-reported information against independent sources to correct inflated headcounts and stale listings. I then scored outsourcing need as High, Medium, or Low.

For private healthcare prospects, I built a weighted 0–100 opportunity model using digital-presence gaps, buying signals, and decision-maker identification. I tiered organizations S/A/B/Reject and revised assessments when deeper evidence contradicted initial conclusions.

Across real estate and restaurant research, I evaluate digital reach, contactability, live hiring activity, and growth signals to rank opportunities by evidence strength. My approach uses explicit criteria, cross-source verification, and confidence-based judgment rather than gut feel.
