At Punjab National Bank, I manage retail lending across home and mortgage, personal, and MSME/business loans. My work covers borrower assessment, credit appraisal, documentation, processing, and disbursement.

I analyse financials, repayment capacity, and collateral, then prepare credit proposals for higher-level sanction. I also handle branch operations, compliance, recovery follow-up, and NPA monitoring.

I’ve supervised teams of up to 6 employees and worked across banking functions including Treasury, HRD, administration, and Demat operations. As Unit Chairperson of Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA), I support welfare initiatives, awareness programmes, and community engagement.
