What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a branch banking or retail lending role where I can lead asset-product applications, credit appraisal, disbursals, compliance controls, and relationship-manager coaching while contributing to customer growth and portfolio quality.

I've managed end-to-end lending, compliance, and branch operations at Palem Microfinance Ltd. and ICICI Bank Ltd., overseeing a 210+ borrower portfolio, generating ₹250+ lakh in CASA deposits, and achieving 120% of annual sales targets through customer relationships and cross-selling.

I'm currently leading operations and strategic planning at the Institute of Driving Training & Research Centre, where I've secured 40+ institutional assignments and supported 50% organizational growth. I bring hands-on experience in credit appraisal, loan disbursals, KYC/AML and sanctions compliance, staff coaching, audit controls, and retail banking, while completing an MBA in Finance.
