I'm seeking local or remote bioinformatics analyst or computational biology roles where I can apply reproducible Python workflows to genomics data and continue growing in computational biology.

I've built a public bioinformatics portfolio around reproducible Python and Snakemake workflows, including single-cell RNA-seq analysis of TMRE mitochondrial potential in T cells, bulk RNA-seq differential expression of APOEhi macrophages, and VCF quality control for 1000 Genomes chromosome 22 data.

My biotechnology background includes pharmaceutical quality control at Siegfried Rhein México, biotech production supervision at Desacaf, and analytical chemistry at CIDETEQ. I bring practical experience in GMP, quality systems, SOPs, scientific reporting, production operations, and data-driven process verification as I transition into bioinformatics and computational biology.
