I’m aiming to start as a Tier 1 Analyst, focusing on incident resolution, threat detection, and clear customer/user support while growing through my in-progress Google Cybersecurity training and upcoming Security+ certification.

I’m a highly motivated VFX graduate transitioning into the IT sector, bringing complex digital-pipeline experience, hardware diagnostics, and hands-on systems troubleshooting. I’m exceptional at managing high-pressure environments, navigating complex software workflows, and resolving technical issues efficiently.
