I’m looking for a business operations role where I can take ownership of scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder communications—building practical systems, reducing manual workload, and improving processes through clear data and cross-team coordination.

I’ve spent 8+ years keeping a full sports operation running—fixtures, transport, staffing, communications, and data. I’m the person who builds systems where they don’t exist, then makes them stick, coordinating across departments so the right teams can focus while everything else runs in the background.

At Claremont Fan Court School, I coordinated 3,500+ fixtures over 8 years, managing transport, equipment, catering, allergy requirements, and event-day delivery. I also built and ran a weekly parent communications programme reaching 400+ parents, chaired cross-department meetings to resolve scheduling clashes, and used tools like Vectare, SOCS, and SIMS alongside Excel/Sheets trackers and mail-merge workflows to improve visibility and remove manual friction.
