I'm improving customer onboarding, support, and retention for remote digital health programs at Pain Free Back and Gavchick.

I manage activation, engagement, troubleshooting, follow-up, and end-to-end account escalations for customers using app-based self-care programs for chronic pain. I provide hands-on guidance that helps non-technical users access and use digital services.

I've built repeatable onboarding and support processes, turning recurring access issues into clear instructions and consistent workflows. I also helped migrate existing customers to an app-based platform while preserving access to purchased programs and continuity of service.

I coordinate support, coaching, marketing, technology, and management to improve service delivery. I support GoHighLevel implementation, automated email and SMS journeys, customer segmentation, webinar workflows, and follow-up communications in Hebrew and English.
