At FirstService Residential, I ensure the quality of web applications and AI-powered systems through functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, API, database, and automated testing.
I build and maintain UI automation with C#, Microsoft Playwright, Selenium, MSTest, Page Object Model, and AAA principles. I validate backend integrations and cross-system data integrity through REST APIs, gRPC, Postman, and SQL Server.
I test AI-powered conversational applications across web and SMS channels, covering conversation flows, fallback behavior, backend integrations, and data consistency. I also work in a Hybrid Agentic SDLC, validating AI-generated testing outputs and supporting human-controlled quality gates.
Previously, I developed test cases, validated application data with SQL, tracked defects in Jira, and supported UI automation for CALIM S.A. and ILO11. I contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated regression coverage, cross-browser testing, and QA best practices.
