What I'm looking for

I want to grow a large customer portfolio in the sales/marketing sector, improve how I deal with people, and develop in the sales/pricing department—working with freight operations and staying solution-oriented with timely, accurate customer updates.

I combine freight operations with customer-facing sales support, staying “constructiveandsolution-oriented” and ready to handle “any possible negativesituation.” I’m self-confident in interpersonal communication, and I trust myself while improving how I deal with people issues.

In sea/air and land freight operations, I managed customer information flow day by day, updating export and import shipments using carrier and agency updates. I also supported port and warehouse processes—observing vessel and container unloading criteria, yard and warehouse workflows, and documentation between departments and customs—along with practical freight operational documentation.

My focus is growing business in the sales/pricing direction: I handle freight sales and pricing, support after-sales investigation, and contribute to stock control and e-commerce warehouse operations. In sales & pricing work, I conduct outbound cold calls and in-person client visits, maintain relationships with exporters/importers, and monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support sales targets.
