With solid technical skills and a customer-centric approach, I have worked tirelessly to ensure the stability and efficiency of platforms, delivering exceptional user experiences. My experience includes proactive problem solving, implementing innovative solutions, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
I am always looking to improve my technical skills and knowledge within the IT area, in order to offer world-class support and service to Netshowme customers. I deal daily with:
- Troubleshooting;
- Provide level 1 and 2 technical support;
- Design problem solutions and system maintenance;
- Construction of internal documentation to help the thousands of customers we have;
- Code analysis, APIs, DB queries with SQL, console debugging;
- Opening internal tasks with JIRA;
- Amazon S3 (AWS);
- Error analysis and monitoring with Sentry;
- Internal communication with SLACK;
Furthermore, I have the dream of becoming a complete developer and to achieve this, I have been studying front-end technologies with JS, React, TS and their entire ecosystem on the Origamid course. ❤️
