What I'm looking for

I'm open to full-time or part-time remote work in retail/FMCG, customer support, or data/content operations, where I can apply multichannel sales, customer communication, operational management, and attention to detail.

I've grown Thao An Herbal Medicine Store's Shopee and TikTok Shop presence from launch into a leading multichannel operation, increasing monthly revenue nearly 28x from approximately 30,000,000 VND to 850,000,000 VND.

I lead a team of seven, manage inventory and offline operations, and support customers through livestreams and multichannel messaging. My psychology background helps me understand consumer needs, build trust, and provide thoughtful consultation.

Alongside retail operations, I provide acupuncture and therapeutic massage/acupressure at Tam Thien Tam General Clinic and have taught life skills to secondary school students.
