What I'm looking for
I’m a Receptionist / Administration professional with 8 years of experience (2017 - 2024) providing administrative support to a General Manager and multiple teams. I’m motivated by the chance to grow into a more challenging role while keeping operations running smoothly.
At Red Graniti, I supported the Engineering, Human Resources, Buying, Safety, Logistics, Maintenance, and Buyer functions by handling daily administrative priorities. I captured daily production sales on MS Excel, maintained production/general information on MS Word, processed invoices on SAP, and issued stock on SAP. I also managed ordering and stock taking of office stationery, controlled and filed sales and Mining Rights office documentation, and prepared daily checklist booklets through print and bind work.
I’m known for problem-solving, multitasking, and reliable switchboard support—answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages while tending to visitors and refreshments. Earlier roles and internships strengthened my foundation in customer service and HR administration, including CRM/SAP credit and loan applications, cash till and petty cash tasks, and filing employee leave forms and disciplinary documentation.
