What I'm looking for

I seek patient-centered clinical roles where I can apply CNA/PCT skills and ABA experience, grow clinically, and work in collaborative, learning-focused teams.

I am a compassionate patient care technician and behavioral specialist with hands-on clinical experience in acute care and ABA therapy. I have provided direct patient care, monitored vital signs, supported activities of daily living, and documented care in electronic medical records.

I have applied behavior analysis experience working with clients with autism, collecting and summarizing data, and delivering individualized therapy plans. My background also includes retail and swim instruction roles where I developed customer service, team leadership, and training skills.

I hold training as a Certified Nursing Assistant, RBT certification, and BLS/CPR/First Aid certifications, and I am pursuing a Bachelor's in Psychology with Neuroscience to deepen my clinical knowledge and advance patient-centered care.
