I’m a data-driven Business Operations Analyst with a hands-on, analytical approach to decision making. I turn key metrics into actionable insights through analyzing churn, building dashboards, and improving processes.
In my current role, I lead end-to-end operations for a 500+ member base, handling onboarding, cancellations, billing changes, and retention follow-up. I also analyze churn and cancellation data to identify drivers of attrition and present Power Query findings and recommendations to leadership.
I design, build, and maintain KPI dashboards in Excel to track retention, conversion, and client activity in real time, and I own the lead pipeline end-to-end across inbound tracking, trial-class coordination, and conversion analysis. I reconcile data between a CRM platform and the payment terminal to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
I’m currently deepening formal training in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, and Power BI/SQL—strengthening my SQL and Power BI capabilities to grow further into data-driven operations. I use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate data analysis, documentation, and recurring reporting tasks.
