What I'm looking for
At Chris Feddek International, I noticed that many client complaints were taking too long to resolve because information wasn't being passed between departments quickly enough. I took it upon myself to start documenting every open case in detail and following up directly with the relevant teams until each issue was closed.
The challenge was staying on top of multiple cases at once without letting anything slip. I created a simple tracking system using Google Sheets to monitor every open complaint, its status, and the next action needed.
The result was zero unresolved cases during my time in that role. Every client got a proper resolution and a follow-up. Management noticed the improvement in client satisfaction, and it became the standard approach for the team. That project taught me that great customer support isn't just about being kind , it's about being organised and relentless about follow-through.
