At MTN MoMo, I lead channels and integrations for banking and fintech partners, managing API integrations from scoping and solution design through testing and go-live. I also oversee live payment operations and serve as the escalation authority for critical incidents.

I implemented the Multi-Switch Router, which achieved a 99.97% transaction success rate, and led the migration from the Ericsson Wallet Platform to Alibaba Cloud, including the customer migration while maintaining transaction continuity. I also delivered a core banking application upgrade and integrations including Thunes and the Onje Eko Open API.

Earlier, at Halogen Group, I led payments and business solution and client experience teams; I began my career developing and supporting enterprise web and mobile applications at Consolidated Hallmark Insurance. I’m an ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, with certifications in ITILV4, PRINCE2, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and data protection.
