What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to transition into a Business Analyst role, applying my analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills to solve business problems and support data-informed decision-making.

At Dosti Realty, I act as a liaison between customers, accounts, and legal teams, documenting cases for Dosti Greenscapes and gathering business requirements for agreement drafts.

I maintain MIS reports, reconcile payment records with the Accounts team, and analyze project milestones to raise demand requests in Farvision ERP. I also present weekly and monthly status reports to Senior Management.

At VTP Realty, I coordinated requirements across customer cases for VTP Altair, VTP Cygnus, and VTP Beaumonde. I conducted root-cause analysis on possession and modification queries and supported reporting and workflows using Salesforce (SFDC) and InSuite 4.0.

My earlier CRM roles at Siddhivinayak Groups and Astitva Realty included customer onboarding, payment documentation, agreement coordination, and client status reporting. I’m pursuing Business Analyst certification training through Meritshot and seeking to transition into a Business Analyst role.
