What I'm looking for

A remote Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Scrum Master or PMO role in an Agile team where I can grow into full IT project delivery. I value clear processes, ownership, a supportive team and the chance to learn from experienced PMs. Fully remote, flexible with European and CIS time zones (based in UTC+3).

I am an IT Project Coordinator moving into Agile project delivery after six years at an international company in Moscow. As HR Manager, I led day-to-day operations during the owner's absences: I coordinated staff, deadlines and priorities, followed up open actions and escalated risks to management. Earlier, in sales, I coordinated customer orders and logistics handoffs across internal teams.

I hold the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification, completed the Google Project Management program and earned a HackerRank SQL (Basic) certificate. In a portfolio project, I planned and delivered an order and inventory MVP in Jira Kanban: scope, user stories and acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing (5/5 tests passed) and project handover.

Citizen of Türkiye and Russia, based in Türkiye (UTC+3). Turkish (native), Russian (C1), English (B2, strong written). Looking for remote Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Scrum Master or PMO roles across Europe and CIS.

Defined MVP scope, user stories and acceptance criteria for a plant ordering and inventory app. Planned and tracked work in Jira Kanban, coordinated the build of a working prototype with AI-assisted tools, executed 5/5 acceptance tests (UAT) and prepared the project handover and case study.
