At Cycomverse, I write SQL queries for database management and structured data retrieval, and design and analyse ERDs. I also support chatbot database structuring, schema design, and backend workflow implementation.

As a Data Analytics Intern at Oasis Infobyte, I conducted exploratory analysis on retail sales data and prepared datasets in Excel and Power Query. I built Power BI dashboards that turn multi-thousand-row datasets into insights stakeholders can act on.

In my 365 Cosmetics project, I analysed 51K orders and $6.5M in sales, tracing declining profit and margin to discounting. I recommended capping discounts at 20%, auditing loss-making accounts, and prioritising the Corporate segment.

My other Power BI projects covered sales and returns for Maven Market, property-price drivers in Austin, and revenue trends for Granny’s Café. I’m continuing to build my database management, schema design, and workflow implementation skills.
