My most significant project is a full end-to-end analysis of 113,000+ Olist e-commerce orders across 9 relational tables. I discovered that delivery unreliability — not pricing — is the primary driver of customer churn, identified two sellers responsible for 8% of all late orders, and built a custom RFM segmentation model that surfaced a high-value customer segment invisible under standard scoring. I delivered a 4-page interactive Power BI dashboard with custom DAX, geographic heatmaps, and stakeholder-ready executive recommendations.

In my Data Science and Analytics internship at DevelopersHub Corporation, I built a Power BI executive sales dashboard with automated PDF summaries, diagnosed customer churn root causes through EDA and cohort analysis, and automated data cleaning pipelines in Python.
