What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote Junior Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst role at a startup where I can build decision-ready dashboards, own analytics workflows, and grow my SQL, data-warehousing, and Python skills.

I've delivered an end-to-end HR Analytics dashboard for a freelance client, transforming raw Excel data into executive-ready Power BI reporting on attendance, absenteeism, WFH trends, burnout indicators, and operational KPIs.

I build analytics pipelines from cleaning and Power Query ETL through star-schema data modeling, SQL, DAX, and dashboard storytelling. In my workforce productivity project, I normalized 6,492 attendance records for 99 employees, created composite burnout and risk scores, and quantified absenteeism costs.

I'm currently building a SaaS analytics platform with Python, SQL, and Power BI to deepen my data-warehousing and advanced-SQL skills.
