Routing a 4-layer PCB BMS for up to 150V with STM32 and LTC6811 modules, and an AC Charger Controller with STM32, buck converter, and protection systems.

Designed a 1.2 kW LLC converter for a wireless charger system, stepping 400V down to 250V at 250 kHz. Utilized GaN FETs and managed the full lifecycle from schematic capture to high-density PCB layout.

Routed and validated a carrier board for the EZvent ventilator using the MPC5748G microcontroller. Integrated sensors using CAN and I2C, and engineered a CPAP ventilator with BLDC motor driver and humidifier controls.

Worked on DC-charger communication board with STM32MP157A MPU and various interfaces, and designed input power board for 22KW AC-charger.

Worked on BLDC motor driver including power supply design, MOSFET selection, gate-drive calculations, and board communication. Designed a custom two-layer Arduino Uno board.

Dealt with moisture and temperature sensors and designed a soil sensor board with required protection circuits.

Designed an interface board for DSP controller to be utilized for power electronics converter control.

Worked as a Computer Vision Engineer at MindCloud.

Completed an embedded systems internship at EME Borg-Alexandria.
