What I'm looking for

I want to build reliable hardware that protects real devices in real electrical conditions. I’m happiest owning embedded code + PCB design, solving EMC/safety requirements, iterating fast with clients, and working on challenging power electronics that must perform.

I’m an R&D hardware developer who helps turn unstable, high-risk electrical environments into safer, dependable products. My first launch was an Electric voltage stabilizer (February 2019), built using 80% local components, where I handled transformer sourcing, embedded code, and burning to PIC16f88A, then supported PCB and enclosure development in Egypt.

After that, I built a High voltage protector using an analog circuit approach: LF transformer, OP-Amp comparator logic, and a 555 IC delay stage to prevent fast switching stress on devices. As a freelance hardware developer, I’ve delivered complete hardware and PCB work—like sending PCB designs to PCBWAY for production and scaling outcomes for clients—while meeting EMC and safety requirements and iterating through multiple revisions. I also design mixed-signal power electronics, including a bidirectional buck-boost converter (up to 48V @ 30Amp with fixed dimensions), and collaborate to resolve EMC issues until the system works reliably.
