@kameluser1
I design medical-device hardware, PCBs, and wearable biosensing systems.
What I'm looking for
I've designed medical-device hardware and PCB layouts at Bio-Business, including a Lux Meter, with focus on electrical reliability, manufacturability, component placement, and interference reduction.
At the Smart Materials and Robotics Lab at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, I supported E-Nose sensor research by evaluating solder-mask well geometries, analyzing experimental data, and developing PCB prototypes for liquid-sensor testing.
I'm leading hardware development for a wearable multimodal sensing platform for tennis-player physiological monitoring and injury-risk assessment, integrating ECG/EMG acquisition, inertial sensing, Bluetooth Low Energy, embedded processing, charging, and power management on a four-layer Altium PCB.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Hardware Engineer
Bio-Business
Jan 2025 - Apr 2025 (3 months)
Designed electronic schematics and PCB layouts for medical-device hardware, applying design-rule, reliability, and manufacturability requirements. Researched technical requirements for biomedical and optical measurement devices and improved board-level designs for functionality and performance.
Undergraduate Researcher
Smart Materials and Robotics Lab, University of Nebraska–Lin
Aug 2024 - Dec 2024 (4 months)
Supported E-Nose sensor research by evaluating solder-mask well geometries for liquid-sensor containment and characterization. Analyzed experimental data to identify effective well-height parameters and designed PCB prototypes for sensor testing.
