Coach members through functional movement classes to improve mobility, fitness, and cardiorespiratory health. Offer modifications to members with physical limitations and set up and maintain the studio for every class.

Coordinate new and existing patient care with providers by adjusting schedules, appointments, verifying insurances, and patient information. Ensure office workflow is optimal for both employees and patients to receive and provide the best experience and care possible.

Check in and room patients with acute illnesses or injuries. Complete intake for provider report, take vitals and assess patient condition prior to initial contact with provider, and assist with any interventions provider needs assistance with.

Greeted members into the gym, assisted with equipment management and maintenance, and resolved membership inquiries. Cared for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years in a fun, high energy environment while their parents exercised.

Provided basic life support and transportation to sick and injured patients, and provided transport for non-acute patients going to and from medical appointments. Trained new EMTs in the field to acquire crucial BLS skills.

Performed retail work and customer service to provide the best possible experience. Ordered store supplies, updated event information, hosted craft activities and face painting for kids, and managed a staff team of 5 or more people.

Contacted MSUD alumni and encouraged them to donate to the university in order to gain new resources. Handled private information and ensured donations went through properly to the right department and that donors were content with their experiences.

Completed high school education at Thornton High School in 2015.
