At Nokia, I lead QHSE governance for telecommunications, infrastructure, and engineering projects across the Middle East and Africa, supporting operations from Qatar and Morocco to Niger, South Africa, and the UAE.
I've maintained total H&S compliance and a zero-accident record across more than 10 projects through risk-based planning, supplier oversight, field assurance, corrective-action follow-up, and digital audits. I also implemented Nokia's Supplier Performance Evaluation program, supported external ISO quality audits on the High-Speed Railway project, and managed high-risk customer requirements including ADNOC e& in the UAE.
Before Nokia, I supervised QHSE site activities at DeTel and carried out quality testing for soil and concrete at CEL Consulting Engineering Bureau and Laboratories. I'm committed to practical safety controls, paperless field assurance, supplier capability building, and ESG improvements that reduce carbon footprint.
