I am a dedicated Quality and Continuous Improvement Supervisor with extensive experience in promoting quality improvement and innovation within organizations. Currently, I work at RATP Dev Mobility in Cairo, where I lead initiatives to enhance processes in the Risk, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (RQHSE) division. My role involves defining and implementing an Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO standards, ensuring that measurable quality objectives are set and met, particularly in service quality and customer satisfaction.

Previously, I served as a QA Specialist at Galaxy Chemicals, where I conducted comprehensive audit cycles and engaged in continuous knowledge development through training. My journey in quality assurance began at Indorama Ventures, where I ensured that final products met quality and customer specifications. With a BSc in Chemistry and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Process Improvement, I am committed to leveraging analytical tools for data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
