At Idea Development, I manage FP&A, corporate budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting for Idea Panorama I, Idea Panorama II, and Idea Kera. I build feasibility and investment-return models, review sales contracts, and track project costs, financing, and payment schedules.

I led Claude AI automation for critical project-cost reports, removing around 140 hours of manual work per month within three months. I also serve as Product Owner for Adviso's enterprise tracking-platform implementation, translating operational needs into software requirements and leading UAT for sales, contracts, receivables, and payment schedules.

Previously at Urbanique Invest Group, I oversaw financial operations across commercial properties, a hotel, radio stations, and active real estate projects. I managed receivables, payables, treasury, loans, budgets, banking reconciliation, expense analysis, and investment-performance reporting.

My experience also includes financial analytics and reporting at Alpha Insurance, procurement at Georgian Water and Power, and supply-and-demand planning at Diplomat Georgia. I use Excel, Power BI, SQL, SAP, MS Dynamics AX, and ERP systems to turn financial and operational data into clearer decisions.
