What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue delivering enterprise CRM, vehicle management, and automotive retail solutions where I can own implementation work from discovery through go-live, improve delivery through automation, and work closely with business and technical teams.

At Keyloop, I deliver Vehicle Management, CRM, and Sales implementations for five automotive retail groups across six Middle East markets, from discovery through go-live and handover.

I translate dealership requirements into functional designs, configure vehicle stock and sales workflows, support SIT and UAT, investigate issues, and train end users and management stakeholders. Earlier application support and SQL reporting roles at Ezz Elarab Automotive and DataGear gave me practical experience with dealership, DMS, ERP, and operational systems.

I also built an internal AI-assisted Consultant Assistance Hub that streamlines implementation documentation, requirements analysis, process guides, and project readiness reporting.
