What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused IT support role where I can resolve technical issues, communicate clearly with users, learn new systems, and contribute to reliable service quality.

I've provided first- and second-line support at OATlivingstone, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues while setting up computers, peripherals, and user accounts. I communicate technical solutions in plain language, document recurring fixes, and keep users informed through escalation.

During my NYSC placement, I supported customers with account inquiries and day-to-day banking transactions in a regulated, high-traffic environment. I've also monitored live broadcast feeds at NTA and built a school website and portal system while teaching computer studies and hardware repairs.
