What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver data-driven Behavioural Intervention plans, support communication and social skills for neurodivergent clients, and collaborate with a supportive team that values consistent progress and professional growth.

I’m a Registered Behaviour Technician building and implementing Behavioural Intervention plans through consistent data collection. I support skill acquisition for 30+ neurodivergent non adults, teaching communication and social skills while using analytical thinking to refine how I help individuals understand and apply information.

I’m also grounded in service and communication work—volunteering with There Are Flowers Everywhere and supporting daily operations, grant writing, and customer service. With an education focus in Psychology and leadership experience as President (2023-2026), I bring professional empathy, front-facing communication, and team collaboration into every interaction, from caregiver communication to daily implementation.
