What I'm looking for

I’m eager to grow and build a career as a data analyst.

At Foundever in Lisbon, I work as a Teleoperator, meeting performance targets and handling customer data. I contribute to team objectives and service quality.

I'm developing practical data analysis skills using Excel and SQL, and applying analytical thinking to real-world problems. I’m eager to grow and build a career as a data analyst.

Before moving into customer service, I worked as a Clerk intern at Maitama National Hospital, where I updated patient records and supported medical staff. I also taught English at Monstello English School, planning lessons and adapting them to students’ needs.
