What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to apply my analytical, process-management, SQL, Power BI, and R skills while continuing to grow in data analysis and technology.

I manage pedagogical coordination and training projects at GTI - Gestão, Tecnologia e Inovação, planning programmes, working with stakeholders, and monitoring delivery in line with guidelines and legislation.

I've supported certified training through administrative and pedagogical follow-up, SIGO platform management, document control, trainee support, and certificate issuance. I also bring customer service experience from SteamConsulting, handling requests and helping ensure smooth shopping-centre operations.

I'm a Sociology graduate completing postgraduate study in Data Science & Business Analytics. I'm building on my analytical and problem-solving background through SQL Server, Power BI, R Programming, machine learning, and data visualisation.
