At MAYPO, I consolidated and reconciled daily information from internal teams and buyers to identify inconsistencies in orders, deliveries, shortages, and incidents, validating data and statuses in SAP.
I prepared daily operational reports with 3,000–4,000 lines for managers, analysts, buyers, warehouse teams, and other areas, and presented key results and incidents. I also tracked order and delivery statuses and prepared budget follow-up reports for leadership.
At MSD SALUD ANIMAL, I managed supplier contracts, checked terms and validity against SAP records, and coordinated corrections, renewals, and changes. I also participated directly in supplier negotiations and coordinated procurement processes with internal teams and suppliers.
I coordinated promotional materials for events, conventions, launches, and presentations, and updated product information on MSD’s website. I work with data analysis, reporting, procurement, and operations, using Excel, SAP, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
