What I'm looking for

I’m looking to develop in the manufacture and quality documentation of PCR-based diagnostic products within a regulated industrial environment, contributing careful SOP-based laboratory work, traceability, and reliable process documentation.

At the University of Cologne’s Prof. Dr. Kei Ito research group, I carried out SOP-compliant laboratory work, prepared and processed biological samples, and documented every step to support quality and traceability.

For my neurobiology bachelor’s project, I used immunohistochemical staining, tissue preparation, light and confocal microscopy, and digital image analysis to study Drosophila melanogaster neurons. I also supported students with laboratory work and adapted quickly to new standardized procedures.

I’m motivated to apply my careful, structured approach to the manufacture and quality documentation of PCR-based diagnostic products in a regulated industrial environment.
