I’m looking for an HR leadership role where I can design strategic recruitment and training programs, strengthen organizational culture, and drive measurable outcomes—while partnering closely with business leaders to improve hiring efficiency, retention, and performance.

I’m a Strategic HR Leader who coordinates the HR department throughout its entire cycle, partnering with department leaders to turn recruitment and talent strategy into measurable results. I developed and implemented a strategic recruitment plan that reduced hiring times by 30% and improved process efficiency, and I later saw the system adopted as a regional solution by the FAO.

I also strengthen performance and culture through structured people practices—updating the employee handbook, reviewing salary bands for role clarity and internal equity, and implementing a strategic training program based on a Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure high skill transfer. Before HR leadership, I built strong continuous-improvement and compliance capabilities through Kaizen work and ISO-aligned transformation of Training and Development at HOLCIM, and I bring that same rigor to organizational development today.
