At NIX Europe, I managed the full Employee Lifecycle and held more than 800 employee conversations about engagement, motivation, and retention. I delivered 150+ successful retention cases with timely, data-backed recommendations to senior leadership and department heads.
I developed reports in Excel and Power BI on satisfaction trends, turnover risks, and retention factors, and presented them to VPs and managers. I also created a promotion strategy for the HR department and proposed a four-competency profile for Team Leads.
With a psychology background, I provided employee consultations and facilitated wellbeing training and team-cohesion workshops. As a volunteer Online Psychologist at Teenergizer NGO, I supported teenagers online and conducted crisis assessments and referrals.
