At Future Clinic in Warsaw, I provide in-person dietary consultations and personal training, combining nutrition interventions with physical activity tailored to each patient’s health, abilities, and goals.

Since 2020, I’ve independently supported patients online with individualized nutrition strategies for overweight and obesity, insulin resistance, PCOS, thyroid conditions, lipid disorders, SIBO, histamine intolerance, celiac disease, hypoglycemia, and gastrointestinal concerns.

I focus on sustainable weight management, body-composition improvement, muscle-building goals, pregnancy preparation and post-pregnancy nutrition. I monitor progress closely and adjust recommendations as patients’ needs evolve.

My clinical practice at the Palliative Medicine Department of MCO in Kraków included nutritional-status assessment, NRS 2002 screening, dietary documentation, and recommendations adapted to patients’ clinical condition. I hold a master’s degree in Dietetics from the Medical University of Warsaw and consult in Polish, English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
