At TRAGSATEC, I manage and monitor projects financed by the NextGenerationEU Recovery and Resilience Facility. I assess applications and supporting documents, and draft and review procurement documentation.

I support local authorities through public procurement procedures, publish and manage procedures through the Spanish Public Procurement Platform (PLACSP), and advise on COFFEE, Minerva and other public administration platforms. I also monitor compliance with Spanish Public Procurement Law and EU funding requirements.

Previously, I supported regional development projects linked to the Just Transition process at CEDER MERINDADES. At KUTXABANK S.A, I provided financial advisory services and managed banking operations, foreign exchange transactions and financial products.
