At Leidos Inc, I document technical requirements for Military & Family Life Counseling dashboards and reports, and work with developers on data analytics. I use Figma prototypes to validate field placements and requirements with stakeholders before development.
For the Navy Fleet Family Support (NFFS) Effort, I configured Salesforce objects and documented data models, data dictionaries, configurations, and operational guides. I also manage Tableau site access, licenses, and data sources.
