Olamide Oyinlola

I am an aspiring Human Resource Manager with a solid foundation in communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. My journey in HR began during my studies at Lagos State University, where I developed a keen interest in HR principles and their application in fostering a productive workplace. I am eager to contribute to an organization’s success while continuously learning and growing in a dynamic HR role.

Throughout my experiences, I have taken on various leadership roles, including serving as a Prayer Coordinator for The Apostolic Church Students Fellowship of Nigeria. In this position, I organized and led prayer sessions, mentored team members, and resolved conflicts, showcasing my interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. My temporary roles in production at Royal Favour and Sky Industries further honed my teamwork and organizational abilities, allowing me to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to meet production goals.

In addition to my practical experiences, I have pursued certifications in Human Resource Management and Digital Marketing, equipping me with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in HR functions such as recruitment, training, and employee relations. I am committed to leveraging my skills and experiences to make a meaningful impact in the HR field.
