What I'm looking for

I’m open to international opportunities in corporate wellness, luxury guest relations, and customer experience, including relocation or online cooperation, and I want roles where I can support stress, anxiety, burnout, and deliver high-end client service.

I provide psychological counseling and integrative wellness coaching through my private practice, working with anxiety, chronic stress, emotional burnout, and life transitions. I develop original programs based on Integral Neuroprogramming (ИНП), combining CBT, body-oriented techniques, neuro-techniques, and mindfulness.

Previously, as Executive Director of Operations at a sports & entertainment club in Saint Petersburg, I led a 15+ person team and improved service to strengthen guest experience, operational efficiency, and revenue. I’ve also worked in premium international settings in China, including teaching early childhood English and supporting brand representation in fashion and commercial productions.
