Built the E2E test automation framework for Berlapak using Playwright and Page Object Model, now covering 500+ test cases across a multi-role B2B e-commerce dashboard. Designed a test tagging and selection system for CI/CD and traced a hidden network-level race condition to fix a flaky failure.

Worked in an Agile team on the IbuSibuk sub-app, starting as back-end QA and expanding to front end. Automated API tests with Postman and E2E tests with Cypress, and ran regression testing on every production deployment.

First QA hire, set up E2E automation and pipeline for Profesi.io from scratch using Cypress. Added test selectors in the front-end codebase, ran small-scale load testing with K6, and wrote test plans and test cases.

Tested Gameloft games on Android devices and branded gamification ads for global brands. Ran performance, compatibility, regression, and design/compliance testing, and verified event tracking with Fiddler.
