At GigRadar.io, I architected a multi-agent QA system that takes Jira tickets from intake to a verified Playwright run and report. I grew it into the team's test-automation layer, spanning 24 sub-agents and 25 skills across product squads and app areas.

I set evidence-based verification standards and directed production-data investigations using MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and AWS CloudWatch. Earlier, I developed and maintained automated tests at Yicom, OneByOne Logistical, and E2 Language, and conducted manual testing at PT. Champ Resto Indonesia.
